I have been perusing this site for a while and it seems there are some really good opinions on places.
Basically, I could do with some help from anyone who has a few minutes to spare and has visted Singapore any time in their life.
Im studying Singapore tourism for my university course and am struggling to get tourist opinions on Singapore. I was wondering if anyone would be kind enough to fill in a 2 minute questionnaire for me - I can email it to you as Im not smart enough to put it online!
If you would like to help me, please send me a personal message. I can promise you I am not advertising anything or promoting or work for some big commercial company! You will be able to see that from the standard of the survey!
Thank you for reading.
PS - Have just got back from Singapore and Indonesia myself - wow! So glad I went!
I've sent you a PM. If you could forward the survey to me, I'll be able to make sure there is no promotional intent.
Spent a week in Singapore in June and went up to KL. Loved Singapore, send me the survey via a PM.
I've been to Singapore a few times now so feel free to PM me the survey.
Hope my reply does not come too late.
I'm a non-Singaporean who lived in Singapore for close to 20 years. But am currently away from the country for some work opportunities.
Not sure if my comment will be valid for your project (cos I'm not exactly a tourist, but yet, not a Singaporean :p). If so, you're free to send the survey form to me.
BUT am not sure if I'm supposed to give you my private email address or it can be done somehow in this website (cos I'm relatively new here too). So if any admin is reading this, pls help! Thank you!
I flew through there a few weeks ago. All I can say is that that airport is fantastic!!! From a travellers point of view, that's the best airport I've ever come across to have a stopover in. ( Charles de Gaulle being dead last in case anyone wondered.... )
Went through Singers for a coupla days in early 80's and it was fascinating, colourful and slightly wicked with the ladyboys in Bugis Street.
Spent a few days there in 2002 and 1 day in early June of this year, and it has become so boring.
Noting wrong with decent laws and regulations, but it's Confusionism gone mad (isn't it amazing how one letter can totally change an English word/expression!!!).
Agree about the airport. Probably the best in the world, and the easy access to town by train is a breeze.
