I'm from Chile and i want to make this trip:

Chile to Bolivia (known)
Bolivia to Brazil by the amazon way, the northest of bolivia(unknown)
Brazil to Venezuela by the amazon way, the northest of Brazil(unknown)

Have somebody done some of the last two trips?

Other option is going from Bolivia to Brazil but by the east way.. from Santa Cruz.

I don't know exactly what i will do.

Any advices?

Went from Bolivia to Brasil. You can take a cargo boat from Trinidad to Guayagil. Takes roughly 6 or 7 days. You might have to wait a couple of days before there is a boat available. But it is worth it and not expensive at all. Very relaxing because there is not much to do except to lay in your hammock (have to bring it yourself) and see the world go by. From Guayagil you can cross into Brasil very easily. don't know from there onwards because I took the bus to Rurrenabaque.
Good Luck
