Help! I cant decide what to have, should be something fairly light. At the moment my short list is bland and surprisingly enough, quite short. Here it is:

1) a sandwich
2) fruit or a fruit salad
3) maybe soup
4) a greek salad

HELP!!!

A slice of cheddar cheese in a slice of wheated bread plus home made fruits/veggies/ salad mixed with yogurts or a bowl of mixed grains - big red beans plus black beans plus green beans plus ...beans - enough nutritions and vitamins and a cup of soya bean provides 9 types of protein amino as much as a glass of fresh milk.

I was kind of limited to whatever I could find in the general vicinity of work. I opted for a very boring sandwich with turkey, cream cheese and tomatoes... wasnt great but it will keep me going...

I would eat all of them - and still be hungry.

I'd prefer Greek salad. But some chocolate after
By the way can anyone finally explain me - is the original Greek salad with onion or without it? I hate onion and don't know if I'm right asking not to put it in my salad

When I was in Greece, the Greek Salad was certainly with Onion. We had a girl in our group who also asked for no onion and they were happy in most places but in some they just looked funnily at her or conveniently forgot to remove the onions anyway!
