Hey guys,

I've been travelling to Europe recently but thinking of taking off again to Asia for about a year. I don't have much money but plan on working whilst away for about one year, so any job wil do.

Anyone have any advice or experience here?

Thanks,
Gary.

i would definately do some research on what kind of work you would be able to do in Asia

would be awesome to do that tho, good luck

I would serious rethink making money while in SEA. Teaching English is a possiblity, PM if you want details. The wages are so low in most of Asia that you are not going to be happy working for peanuts. The locals certainly will not be happy with a foreigner taking a job away from them. Make your money first, then travel.

You already know the answer and are looking for confirmation or encouragement.

So do I!

What is your itinerary then?

Bon voyage,
Lee

Agree totally with Vegasmike......It would be just stupid doing that as a purpose for travelling around. In Australia, Europe, USA it's no problem but Asia........you will earn like 5 dollars a day....in bad working conditions and working maybe 12 hours a day.
