Can anyone recommend a site in which i can upload my pictures to store, so family and friends can see them and then i can print them when i get home?

How about right here at travellerspoint?
Control Panel -> Photo Gallery -> Upload a New Photo

We'll automatically resize the photos so that friends and family can see them swiftly - (at http://www.travellerspoint.com/photos/gallery/users/nicoledean/)- and keep the originals, so that you can download them when you're back home (the "Download Original" links in your personal photo gallery).

You start out with 10MB uploads every month, but if you get more active here at travellerspoint (for example by uploading any photos which are "featured", or by posting on the boards), you get even more.

Hi,
I have been looking for a similar site myself but wasnt sure how much space we were allowed to use on the travellerspoint site.
So does that mean that friends and family can access a link to view the pics or do they still have to be a member and have a password (similar to the online diary function)?

Manda: anyone can see your pictures (once you've uploaded them) just by going to this url: http://www.travellerspoint.com/photos/gallery/users/amandy/ (which will be linked to from your profile once you've uploaded the first picture).

There's no need to register or have a password for that.

Also check out www.travellersconnected.com you can store photos and keep a diary which friends and family can access. When you get home you can have the whole thing bound if you wish.

we use pbase, check www.pbase.com/kersti for example. This costs 23USD per year for 300MB, but is well kept and quick. We have used it already for 3 years and are very pleased
