My annual visit to the US is taking place in October, this time it is a family visit only so not visiting many new places apart from Philadelphia. My sister in law lives in Pittsburgh, and since there are no direct flights now between UK and Pittsburgh, we have decided to go via Philadelphia, and will be catching the train to Pittsburgh.
We fly to Philadelphia on 18th October and the train departs on morning of 21st . . . .what would you say are the must do's and must see's during the few days we have in the city?
Thanks, B xx

Avoid the university hospital at all costs...that hell hole, lol. My girlfriend and I were there and she had to go to the hospital. We called my mother, an RN, and she diagnosed the problem just by hearing the symptoms, but the people at the hospital ran cancer tests on her and had her scared to death. We were there for 8-9 hours when it should've been a 1-2 hour (max) visit. Ugh...
Thanks to everyone for all their tips, and Reece I enjoyed looking at your shots . . . .we fly Tuesday, can't wait! Will definitely be following up on the ideas before we catch the train to Pittsburgh . . .
