Hi Andre,

To go to KL from Singapore? You can go by train (http://www.ktmb.com.my). Indonesia's Batam island is reachable by ferry; but I think Bintan island is more interesting. Or others (Padang, Jakarta, or else) you can reach by budget airlines like Lion Air (http://www.lionair.co.id), Tiger Air (http://www.tigerairways.com), Air Asia (http://www.airasia.com).

I think for 2 days in Singapore you can see many interesting places there: Chinatown, Little India, Boat Quay & Clarke Quay, the zoo, nature reserve, etc.

Enjoy!

regular coach is usually cheap too to get to KL from singapore although there are some comfort luxury coach (pricey than regular buses) that travel SG-KL e.g. aeroline or plusliner

Ticketing agent in Singapore - Copthorne Orchid Hotel, 214 Dunearn Road, Singapore 02-62565755

Wow! That's great! Bedok reservoir is near my place! I just saw the canoes and some stuff on the waters itself hours ago.. :P

You could visit Sentosa for a good tanning session or just a chill out in the evening at a beach bar....

While another day, you should just wander downtown Orchard & City Hall. :)

Cheapest way to KL from Singapore would be boarding a bus at about 40-50 Sing dollars.... Head to LAVENDER MRT > FIND YOUR WAY THRU Golden Mile Complex. Do browse ahead first.. THere's plenty! hehe.. the Trip is about 6 hrs the most... could be lesser... Take the morning bus ride..

Or otherwise... taking budget airlines.. VALUAIR , JETSTAR AIRWAYS or Air Asia... its all cheap yet competitive prices! get the best!

I know you can do lotsa shopping iN KL and eat! That's what i do when i visit KL! hehehe.. KL City and SG is pretty much the same as in downtown.. shops and more shops...

okay.. that's all i can tell you for now...

Happy Rowing in Bedok Reservoir!
