Memo to all troops:

Plan is working STOP Enemies have broken TP STOP Systematic elimination of punctuation marks has left enemy unable to be understood or communicate properly STOP Prepare for rejoicing ceremonies at 00:12 hours. END

What's THIS!?!! There seems to be a ppppperiod at the end of that sentence! Out you damned period, out I say!!

Excellent, well done to Pardus, Uni-jacker & "the silent N". We have now forced the enemy to write memos that, since we have taken all their punctuation away, is now forced to be one long strip of text suitable only for strips of paper 0.25" in length. Your newspapers will now come in large rolls, your letters will need to be wround into spools before mailing......Mwhahahahahaha........

Down with chaos! Down with random use of English grammar! All troops report for duty - we're launching Operation Use-a-comma-to-seperate-clauses. Arm yourselves with punctuation marks of all sorts. We don't know what kind of horrors we're going to meet in there...

Success! A lost comma has changed the meaning of their sentence. The enemy has fallen into his own trap!

We don't need no stinking commas - we understand each other without them

[ Edit: whoever had to fix my previous post, I owe you a drink. My apologies but the ultimate sacrifice had to be made for the good of mankind ]

It hasn't been fixed yet...

But you've resorted to replacing a comma with a hyphen! Your philosophy is falling to pieces. Surrender! Surrender!

Nice try, propaganda man! Although a period would have been more appropriate, the hyphen nonetheless breaks the idea up in the proper place. We're on to you! Take that: ..........................................
