How?

Here, it's easy...let me show you...
OK, now move just a little to the left...good, now raise your right arm over your head, with just just a bit of limp-wristiness...good, yes, just like that....now put your left hand on your hip, palm down...yes, yes, that way, good.....now comes the hard part....with your feet together, bend your knees about halfway, then LEAP and TWIRL in the direction of your choice while shouting "Yes, but can you do this?".....no, no, it should really be a full 360* twirl, try again....keep practicing, you'll get it.....

And here I thought it was "rub your belly while tapping your head". Nobody keeps me informed anymore.

Put your left foot in,
Your left foot out,
Your left foot in,
And shake it all about.
You do the hokey pokey
And turn yourself around.

Now put your right foot in,
Your right foot out,
Right foot in
Then you shake it all about.
And then you do the Hokey Pokey
Turn yourself around,
That's what it's all about.

You put your head in,
You put your head out,
Put your head in,
And bang it all about.
Do the Hokey Pokey
And turn yourself around.
That's what it's all about.

remove your left foot from its original placement. turn clockwise until facing sideways. see figure 1.8 for details.

then, proceed to remove a clove of garlic from its prewrapped bagging and place on your clavicle. it should rest comfortably. afterwards, call jesus on his guatemalan 1-800 number and ask for elaboration. at some point in the conversation, he will say, 'its the only tray we got' call him out on it, and he will mail you the next part of the instructions via water taxi.
