Mmmmmmm - crepes (made with the egg) filled with shaved slices of rare beef, 2-3 spears raw or very, very, very lightly steamed asparagus, rolled, then topped with a wonderful tarragon hollandaise sauce... YUM!!!!

Isa heads off to slice a pile of onions for sauted chicken livers and hard egg dumplings smothered in balsamic glazed onions. Another YUM!!!!!!!!

O contaire.. (spelling?). They are moist and good and yummy. Unless one puts eggs in for a nutritional reason there is no reason to add eggs to your cooking. There are VERY many ways of binding things together. And they still taste good!

I havn't used eggs in waffles or pancakes or french toast (or anything else) in a couple years.
