I will be in Australia and Asia for a few months, and am trying to decide what kind of wardrobe I need to bring. I want to look super sexy, but comfortability and practicality is the priority.

I'm guessing:

1 Pair of shorts
1 Pair of sleeping/swimming shorts
1 Pair of khaki cargo pants
2 T-shirts
1 Long sleeve shirt
3 Pair of socks
4 Pair of super sexy boxers
1 Hat

I have no idea about footwear.

What should I exclude or include in this list? I don't mind wearing dirty clothes, but I do have limits.

There's this new business venture spreading across the globe like wildfire.. It's called a laundramat! oh wait - they've been around for quite some time now, haven't they... ;)

Bwa ha ha ha!!!

Seriously, the best thing I packed this summer were a pair of sandals I picked up at Payless about five years ago (hee hee--in the little boys' section!). They are like Tevas--great for on the beach, tromping through heavy rains, everywhere! For about $15, and they've lasted forever.

I'd pack a simple but nice black shirt that won't get all messed up in your luggage on the way over, a nice pair of pants or good jeans, and a pair of shoes that can double. Just wash it while you're over there. You can always get one of those little mini spray bottles in the travel section at Wally World and put some of that stuff in it where you basically spray it on your clothing, lay it out flat and stretch/smooth it a bit.

I take it Modesty is not one of your traits there Travis

I thought this was a post from a chick, what with the list of clothes and the desire to "look super sexy", but then when I looked at the profile, I see it's a bloke! I almost choked on my lunch

For footwear, I suggest 1 pair of knee high boots and 2 pairs of stilleto's (will make your legs appear long, thin and super sexy)

What next, a request for tips on how to maintain your hair in a humid environment?

* not just a pair of boxers, but a pair of super sexy boxers! * Yikes!

This is too funny

There's only one type of bloke chicks dig down here in Oz. If you want to look super sexy first and foremost you MUST have a beer gut! Secondly, the only clothes any self-appreciating man should wear in Oz is stubbies, a bonds singlet and thongs (the type you wear on your feet!). Do yourself a favour and get you hair cut in an ever stylish mullet before you get here.

When on the beach make sure you wear a nice pair of speedos (aka budgie smugglers) - bikini-clad chicks will be running after you on the beach.

hmmm... i think that is pretty much all you need to look super sexy in Oz... oh yeah, never go out in public witout a stubbie of fosters and stubbie holder in your hand.

see you down under stud muffin

What can I say? I am trying to meet my future wife while on this trip. From my experiences, alot of American women(and I say alot, not all) don't have the...well...personality type that I'm looking for. Perhaps it is just my age group(I'm only 21). But I can find out for sure by trying to meet as many women in other countries as I can to see whether I'm right or wrong. And you can't meet any women without some "super sexy" boxers now can you? JK, but I am seriously curious about how much clothes I should bring since my pack will be full of other crap anyways. With this new miracle industry of laundramats my mind is just boggled! I have never backpacked before, so I don't know what the true neccesities are.

As for the required beergut for Australian beach access, I'm on my way!

Chug Chug Chug, ok, back to work now.

I don't know in Australia or Asia, but in here, the easier way to recognize a gringo is not because most of they are tall or blonde, but because they all want to look like Indiana Jones

Well Travis,

It's too bad that you've ran into a bunch of cranky, uptight American girls with bad personalities. Let me assure you and everyone else, I am NOT one of them ;)

Tip:
Girls love a man who shows the elastic band on his dirty, but very sexy boxers. It's a major turn on. Is it warm in here?

Good Luck finding your wife!

the way to be sexy is throw away the shirt be casual and the best thing on a man is a smile and good humour. boxer shorts are not sexy try NONE
