Hi Alex

It´s truth that bolivia had serius problems before, but everything es ok right now, they have their presidential elections on december, if the elections are successful we are going to have a paceful bolivia for a long time, In february is the month of carnaval so everybody es having fun. Two weeks is not much for Bolivia. For me is more safety that peru, ecuador or chile, and of course the chepeast one, I recomended you, first La PAz, incredible city. Titicaca lake: copacabana, isla del sol. Salar De uyuni (3 or 4 day tour) for me the most amazing view of all me life. Potosi, the highest city in the world 4200 meters. Coroico, the only afroBolivian comunity, you can get there from La Paz, passing by the most worlds dangeorous road by bus, or doing that by bycicle. Rurrenabaque, the wild amazon part of bolivia, 4 day tour, for fishing catfish, pirañas, snakes, to see cocodriles in the night, swiming with dolphins in the river, living in a Hamac inside of the jungle. Sucre, the capital of bolivia where I`m now, beautiful and very colonial city. If you are in the last week of february you have to go to the see the biggest carnival in Bolivia, in Oruro three days of party, thousands of bolivian folkloric dancers in the streets well as I told you is not to much time, so you have to decide, when you have plan of wich places you are going to visit I can tell you more about acomodation, tour agencies, etc. Good Luck,
