me and a friend are traveling to thailand round new years time and ive checked out some options for new years night.

1. theres a 3 day psytrance festival in krabi

2. Koh Phangan (they say theres a fullmoon type of party going on there)

3.or just stay in bangkok where theres sure to be lots of people going nutz!

well these are my options ,thought they might be of some help but if someonelse can come up with some other cool ideas that would be great:)

I'll be jetting into Thailand just before New Years and plan on spending a month in the area. No plans yet for the big night but would love to hook up with other people as I'm travellin' solo and it's my first time in Thailand!

HELP! Looking for a *kick ass* NYE party in Thailand!
A friend and I will be arriving in Thailand on Dec 24th and staying till Jan 17th. We are 2 crazy party chicks looking for a kick ass place to spend new years! We love the dance culture, so we're looking for a party with wicked djs. We'll be hitting the FullMoon party in Jan, but would love to have some suggestions for new years. I also wouldn't mind meeting up with some peeps to explore the land together.
