I'd say Antarctica - although you can never trust those pesky penguins...

Perhaps a place with very low population? I would agree with tway - Antarctica! But what's the point of living there with less social activities, less foods, less entertainment...??? And it's hard for us to hook up to TP! Hehe

Any of the small towns in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan...only one condition, you must enjoy winter sports, otherwise you will be miserable..;) http://www.uptravel.com/

I'd be more worried about freezing to death or slipping down some hidden ice cave.

I don't know, the countryside of England might be a good bet. There's no dangerous animals there, not much in the way of weather problems, not many people to get in the way.. seems pretty safe to me. Basically, wherever it is, it's likely to be quite boring.

Puting aside unpopulated places, Iceland is the safest place to live. There's about one homicide every year. Just untill a few years ago the president didn't even use to lock the door in his house when he went to sleep! That might have changed now, but he hasn't any bodyguards nevertheless. So if you wanna feel safe go to Iceland.

Anybody went to Greenland??? I think nothing happens there. I think when someone's dog has died there it will be the hottest news and everybody will talk about it
