Hi all !!!

I`ve been to rio and salvador carnival several times and i am going again next year with friends from the 'U.K' , and now we are looking for people to share accommodation in rio and salvador during the carnival and pre-carnival time as we are going to attend both carnivals at once.
We are renting a good, well located and safe accommodation in salvador and rio during this period.
We are still looking for a few easy-going Brazilophiles that like to party hard and are responsible to share the accommodation costs in rio , salvador or both places .
- Rio - from 13th feb till 2nd march - A well located villa apartment with 24hr security , swimming pool , 2 blocks from copacabana beach, modern kitchen, all kinds of shops near by , ATM`s , and in front of Rio most famous shopping center.
- Salvador - from 19th feb till 10th march - A well located villa mezzanine apartment , by the carnival door step , 24 hr security , one block from the beach , private swimming pool , modern kitchen , near to shops , supermarkets , ATM`s and Barra shopping center.
In any way , i am more than happy tohelp people that are going to be in Brazil, to have a good time and share experiences and help with extra information on sambodromo tickets and carnival costumes in rio and abadas ( carnival t-shirts) in salvador if necessary !!!!

Get in touch !!!

Just saw your message. I am looking for accommodation in Salvador over Carnival for two people, from 2nd Feb for one week, and may be interested in your apartment in Salvador if you still have any space? It would be for my partner and I - the first week of a 6 months trip to South America. Starting with a good time at carnival!

Can you let me know if you are still looking for people, and if so where the apartment is, how much it would cost etc?

Hey Greg,
Am heading to Rio for Carnival 2007 [a little early to be posting I know but I hear the earlier you book the better the rates & choice of accomodation, its also supposedlly cheaper with more people?].

Bearing in mind I am travelling alone & female [hoping to hook up with fellow traveller's for Carnival] which area would you suggest is best for the actual Carnival celebrations - Rio or Salvador?

I found a great site that arranges a costume & 1 night actually in the parade via one of the Samba schools is this kkind of thing kosher?

BTW anyone planning on being at Carnival in 2007 & would be interested in sharing accomodation please feel free to get in touch.
