Who's going to the world cup in Germany?? How hard is it going to be to find accomodation if I haven't booked it already?? What is everyone else doing?? Does Germany have many camping grounds or hostels?

ps- GO BRAZIL!!!!!

I would LOVE to go, but I don't know if I'll have the money since I spent almost half a year overseas this year. Besides, I don't know if I can get time off work. But I sure won't miss a game, wherever I am I will try to watch every game on television.

Go Aussies!!

Special mention for Trinidad and Tobago and Argentina as well.

We received a public holiday the day after Trinidad and Tobago went through into the World Cup! Very cool! It was one huge party from the wednesday afternoon all the way through until thursday night!

It'll be tricky to find accomodation at this stage in Germany. Think you'll be better off with campsites!

I will be watching the games from the comfort of a bar stool with a nice cold beer in front of me!

However, think I might head to Switzerland for Euro 2008!

That was a bloody disgrace. Zero sportmanship, Zero class.

Back in October my cousin went to Dublin to watch a preliminary qualifier. It was a absolutly huge match and the tie resulted in Ireland not earning a birth in the final. The fans in Ireland were all class. They shook hands with our Swiss fans that made the trip, offered congradulations and even ended up buying rounds of lager after the match.

....I dont even want to mention what our supporters looked like when they came back from Istanbul.
