I always make sure I take some loperamide tablets with me for dodgy tummy upsets which chain you to the toilet! I never go abroad without them! Although never ever take them with ibuprofen as they will make you doubly constipated!

I have a small medical kit that I carry on longer trips. Including:
Tylenol cold medication
Nytol
Pepto Bismal pills
Bandaids
Polysporin
Motrin

A cork. Depends undergarments. Disposible underware. Dark colored pants.

A medical kit with
1. Anti diarrheal- ( NOFLOXACIN + TINIDAZOLE)
2. FEVER /PAIN KILLERS - ( PARACETAMOL, IBUPROFEN , DICLOFENAC-TAB/GEL)
3. ANTISEPTIC CREAM( SOFRAMYCIN, NEOSPORIN)
4. BANDAIDS (COTTON, BANDAGE)

a shot of nyquil and a shot of wiskey and you can sleep like a little baby.
