Hi!
I'm still not sure about the exactly route. There're just a few locations I'd really like to visit:

London (I'll start my journey there)

The Lake District (Have been there already and want to hike there)

Edinburgh

After England I'd like to visit the Netherlands (drive along the sea by bike!) and Belgium (really want to see the Eurpean Parliament building)

Everything else is still open, any advises are very welcome!

I'd also like to travel to Spain/Portugal etc but due to my limited time it doesn't make sense to me...

Hi Desiree,
thanks for the reply!
Well, I'm still not quit sure where to travel exactly, so I can't answer your questions at the moment. Originally I wanted to work a route out with others but sadly all these people haven't answered anymore, it's really a difficult situation. I think I'll work out a route on my own and let's see who will be interested in.
Anyway, maybe you could make any suggestions, especially about youth hostels in old castles in holland!
About biking: I won't bike all the time, I just wanted to rent a bike for some time....

So long,
Alex

Hi Alex & Desiree. i'm still on for a short trip btw. If your starting in London than thats perfect for me too as i live about a 90m train ride. I would'nt mind hiking a bit as i always wanted to in one of the UK's national parks as i done abit of camping last year. Maybe then we could go to Holland then hop over to Belgium then see where to go there. I was thinking of maybe going on to Paris and ohto Spain if i have the time. I am hoping to be back by September when i go back to university so a month to about 6 weeks would be affordable to me.
email us at Johnniafx at aol.com and maybe we can arrange something

Hello everyone!

I'd like to invite you to a slightly different trip; I'm visiting Tuscany in the summer, probably in August - following the path of high renaissance painters, architects, sculpturers...
Interested?

Hi Medea, interesting trip you got going. How long you thinking of going for. Italy is probably the main country i want to go to as i'm really interested in it's culture. I was thinking i would visit a country or two after maybe doing some hiking with Alex in the UK if he's up for it or just going through europe around July/Aug.
Let us know your plans and maybe we can meet up to take in a bit of italien culture

Hi Medea,

your route sounds quite exciting and I'd really really love to accompany you, the problem is, due to my limited time (I'm a trainee, and am only allowed to make holidays for up to four weeks a summer) and my decision to hike in England, first of all, and afterwards the Netherlands and Belgium I fear there's no more time for your aim...Anyway, best wishes for you and maybe Johnni will accompany you, right Johnni? ;-)

So long,
Alex
