Hmmm.... I don't consider myself "old", but the last things I listened to before leaving the house this morning was Ram Jam (Black Betty) and babe Ruth (The Mexican). What, was anything really recorded after 1978??

Left me in the dust with those two T!!!!!

Isa heads off to dig a hole and just fall in drunk.

Oh, did I ever tell you the time I met Beethoven in person? He was just starting to lose his hearing...

Black Betty = 1977

The Mexican = 1972 (I wasn't even born yet!)

Actally, after The Beatles broke up there wasn't very much left to live for, musically speaking.

Isa really feels old now since she graduated high school in 1971...

Okay - just checked iTunes and I know Black Betty. Couldn't find The Mexican performed by Babe Ruth. (Or vise versa.)

No, very little was recorded after 1975 that I have any recollection of - at this time... I'm blaming it on a very tainted past... Or just brain-drain...

Isa now returns the thread to it's regularly scheduled topic until she posts again...

I never really liked Howard or Jason.. They always stayed in the back.. You never really got to know them. For the longest time I couldn't even remember which was which. But I do now...
