Hi, just wondering if anyone had any information on what the US keep in their databases re. getting into the country. I have a conviction in New Zealand about a year ago which is Party to injuring with intent to injure. I have done the few hours community service, no prison. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chip.

You could have a problem. The only way to ensure that you can get into the USA is to talk to the US Embassy.

Some travelers are not eligible by law to enter the United States. These include people with certain serious communicable illnesses, criminal records (particularly those involved with drugs), previous deportations from the U.S., certain visa refusals and other problems with U.S. immigration laws or visas.
