I think it would depend on what 'broke' it....some things are not worth fixing.....can you give us a little more information?

Do you mean a friendship or a romantic relationship? They're both very different to fix, if it can be fixed at all.

First of all, I think the ladies will give better advice on this topic than I can. My best suggestion is: be honest. Tell the other person how you feel and why you want the relationship to succeed. Good Luck.

Just to make sure you get the right advice ... your in the middle of a love triangle here. Now you were in a relationship with him before and now another woman is expressing interest in your boy and he is showing interest in her back?

If by "boy is two-timing in between" you mean he's seeing the two women at the same time, I'd say pick him up by the seat of his pants and boot him out the door. You can't have your cake and eat it too.

However, if you mean he's torn between two women, then you need to look long and hard at your relationship and talk it out. Men (and I'm sorry for generalizing) don't tend to just up and leave a relationship when it isn't going well. They usually need someone to fall back on. Start by finding out what's wrong and getting to the bottom of it.

Not to veer off topic too much, but I never did like the expression, "You can't have your cake and eat it too". What is the point of having cake and NOT eating it? Just to sit around and admire it? Perhaps a photo for posterity? That smacks a bit of self-flagellation.

In many cultures, the men certainly can have it both ways. Many older cultures allowed multiple wives, some in Africa and Arab countries still do. In the US, an outlawed branch of the LDS church still practices polygamy. This is in Hildale, Utah. Now that Dateline NBC did an expose, they are being prosecuted more vigorously. In Thailand, it is still acceptable to have a 'mia noi', or minor wife. It should not shock too many members that the mia noi is usually younger and prettier than the first wife.

Mental-note to self - places to move to and settle down: Hildale, Utah, Thailand ...)

Dimphina,
You really need to see how serious your relationship is with your boy. If you are just dating then you can't be upset about his seeing someone else. I know that it is much different dating in different areas of the world. As I am finding out here in Oakland and San Francisco it is pretty common to casually date mutliple people at the same time. It can be frustrating but its also pretty fun at the same time.

Good luck.
