Well... right after our 6 days in Cracow, my friend and I will be flying to Oslo to spend another 5 days.
Some other ideas???
I have heard about FLAM railway, and about Bergen. The thing is we dont have so much time, but at least I'd like to see a beautiful fiord, and some samples of what Norway is.
Well, Oslo is on a fiord, so you'll definitely not have a problem seeing one It's not the best looking of fiords though so if you want to see a nicer one I'd recommend the FLAM railway (check out http://www.flam.no/). You should be able to do a round trip to bergen in 3/4 days but that doesn't really leave you much time for Oslo. Then again, in all honesty there's not that much to see here ... It's a beautiful city with plenty of nature around, but there's more spectacular views and scenes in Norway than Oslo offers.
If you can get the round trip to Bergen in and the FLAM railway on the way, then you'd have a very nice trip with a good taste of Norway!
