Hey there

I've been to Morocco a few years ago on a university trip, the bus passed by ferry from Algeciras to Ceuta (Spain) we crossed the border, and then we did a great bus trip throughout the country. We went to Chefchouen, the Riff and Atlas Mountains, Fez, Meknes, Erfoud, the Merzouga dunes in the Sahara... I really enjoyed my time there, it was a great experience being in a country with a culture so different from mine (Portugal). I think you just need the normal safety procedures required for travelling anywhere, like keeping a close eye on your stuff, and you'll have a great time in Morocco.
