I read a job offer (in North Carolina, unfortunately) for a copywriter that included the line: "if you've spotted an error in this offer and are dying to tell someone, you're the candidate for us!". Oh, how I wanted that job!

You'd be overqualified for that job, T. It clearly says 'someone' not 'the whole world and outlying galaxies...'

Methinks a certain 'someone' needs a good lickin' with a Mickey waffler... ;)

Yeah, it's been a good while since I've last been waffled... Or beaten with the hose... Or have cutlery hurled at me...

Sigh... those were the days..

Don't worry Phil...the day is still young....;)

I'm going to briefly threadjack this back to the original topic! I just read this sentence in Yahoo! News:

Here, in sweeping white, she looked every inch a natural woman and wild.

What's a natural wild? How can you even look like 'a wild'? Maybe they meant "a wild and natural woman". Or "a natural woman - and a wild one."

OK - back to Mickey-waffler throwing!

That's what you get for heading out into the sweeping white...

At least it was put to good use!!!! It gets cranky when it's been left on the shelf too long.
