Directions and Transportation

I will be in Rome in February and want to visit the town my grandparents are from. It is called Pietravairano and it is located 20 miles northeast of Monte Cassino. Could someone tell me the easiest way to get there. Train, bus, transportation from Monte Cassino to town. Thanks
