it would be to know all languages for me. none-a this meaning of life bull anyway. ya dont need a reason, its pretty silly. besides the great part of life is figurin it all out on your own. your meaning of life might be different the the supposed meaning. ah i just think its crap. what makes life so much fun is that you have to figure it all out for yourself. it would be so boring and anticlimatic to just know one day. i think thats were human willpower and strength comes from.. yknow? just the drive to move forward. but it would be nice to know languages just cause i dont wanna have to spend so much time on it ;) (what a bum)
or the whole knowing if theres a god or not. thats irritating, becuase whether or not theres a god out there shouldn't change how you see fit to live your life, so just believe or dont and keep on livin.
rant rant rant. wheeeeee its fun! philosphize with me people!

I only want to know everything! (Really...I am not asking for much;) )
Just all world history, physics, chemistry, biology...every science known to man!
Before you ask...yes I am working on it....I have taken every biology class at NMU...and am constantly reading history....I just need a few hundred more years....

I don't want absolute knowledge. That would be anticlimatic as well. Personally, I would like to be able to "see" everything. There's a difference between "knowing" and "having information on". The difference being perception.

or the whole knowing if theres a god or not.

I think if there was a god, he'd want us to live life as we think it should be lived.

ahem..I don't want absolute knowledge...you notice I didn't put in anything about Math, English, Spelling, weather, geography, cooking, gardening, painting, automotive repair,... etc........;)

It's the effort you put into knowing something that makes it all worthwhile, in the end. And the things you simply can't know (such as if there's a God or not - or what he/she wants from you), well - there's probably a very good reason for being kept in the dark.

But if I COULD know something, it would be to know when to trust my intuition. How many times do I chalk it up to paranoia when, in fact, someone else has been thinking the exact same thing (OK, it's been a strange day today...).

So do you want to know everything about a subject ? Biology for instance ?

Good word, Quan. Still, I am interested in knowing some absolute knowledge as well as daily observation. But to the worst and saddest part is most of us can see what has happened to our education system - the educators, the authorities and the lessons and millions of students are in the stream of absolutism.

That is the scariest part, as if everyone is born to become another robot by cloning-and-repetitive methodology, whichever of those highly-recognised philosophy are widely used and become their own 'rare and unique' philosophy.

Yuck!

History.

I care not for the present day world as far as being able to know everything goin on or about certain subjects. I would love to know why things happened in the past. How they put together Easter Island, how the Aztecs were able to perform brain surgery and people lived through it, was Jesus Christ born in a manger, Stonehenge, and on and on.

I would like to know the lottery numbers for tomorrow, though.
