I always have reoccuring dreams wherever I am, often about snakes which is pretty scary!!!Another aspect in my dreams that keeps popping up is where I lose my teeth, they either fall out, or break or I fall over and knock them out!!!!The dreams you have whilst travelling are sooooooo random, waking up forgetting where you are, or dreaming that you wake up check the time and realised you have missed a flight or bus!!!
When I first got back from travelling I kept waking up in a blind panic not knowing where I was and feeling I was supposed to be someone else!
Another weird thing about dreams is if you dream about something sad and you actually wake up actually still crying!!!!!

Twinkle, I can relate to those dreams so much that it ain't funny.

I often have dreams whereby there are snakes all around the path that I'm walking on (sounds like just another normal day at work ). Also, my teeth are always coming lose and are about to fall out (always my upper front teeth - what's all that about?)

My favourite ever dream is flying - superman style over trees and houses.

I always wake up cursing that it will never happen.

I once dreamt I was Harry Potter. Explain that!

What I'd love to know, is why different peoples brains use such similar images to say whatever it means? Like the nakedness dream, the teeth falling out dream, and the one where you're back at school and haven't done the homework.

Is it all cultural? ie, do people in, say, China or India or wherever all have similar dreams?

And if not what do they dream?

I have a really bad recurring dream that came up more often when I was travelling. I wake up (within my dream) and slowly come to to discover that the place I have woken up is crawling with critters of some kind - usually spiders. Then I wake up properly.

Funnily enough I don't find bugs that bad in really life and I'm generally OK even with really big huntsman-type spiders, but they do seem scary in a dream.

What did caveman dream about? I can't imagine them dreaming of flying, their teeth had probably already fallen out, there was no such thing as school or exams, and I doubt they had pyjamas!

They probably dreamed about the mammoth (or the cavewoman) who got away.
