Dang. I missed it. Hewitt is so up and down. Again, riding that emotional wave. I know he didn't look that great in the opening round. I'll bet it was pretty exciting. Did the Aussie's support him or boo him. He seems to have alienated alot of his countrymen. Not a good idea - you should have the whole country behind when you have a 'home-court' adventage.

I didn't watch the entire match, but it seemed Hewitt was struggling with an ankle injury which hampered his movements. I think the crowd applauded Chela at the end of the match.

I never thought very much of Hewitt's ability. He's a decent player, but he obviously needs more polish, on and off court. He's like Tim Henman, only difference is that he actually won a couple of Grand Slams and Henman didn't.

Hahaha! His play and strokes are somehow conservative, in my opinion.
Roddick moves to the next round after beating Julien Benneteau. Ivan Ljubicic is another suprise, i guess...his strokes are somehow dangerous...Maria wins again in straight set...She yelled and yelled while running all over the court...playing her orchestra on the court it seemed. Should get a plaster and snip her mouth.

Are you kidding? That's my favorite part of the game. The emotion she puts into things. If only I could get her away from Yuri, her dad, for a little while. I don't think the man has let her out of his sight since they moved to Florida from Russia when she was like 6 years old or something. But I guess that's whats gotten here to where she is today. Devoting her life to tennis. Something to be admired.

When does it start again? Friday or Saturday? I think there is a couple of days in between rounds, right?

I am happy for that too! The morale of this falling legend: never let ourselves 'flying' that high after victories. One need to understand the ultimate significance of getting fully commitment into one thing. Just look at William sisters...they just turn themselves into a commercialized product rather than a real player! It's happy to see that. It proves again that the courts are the ground for the genuine players. Want to show oneself off and have all the spotlights? Simple, just concentrate on their game!!!

Just look at Kournikova. She (used to) looked quite charming at the first place and after gaining her fame and famous, her games are deterioting and becomes an easy target to get over, what a shame, man!
