Most places in london are hovering near the £2.60 to £3 mark.
NZ was about $4.50 for a pint or $7.20 a jug (2.5 pints).
In Norway we were paying something like £6.50 for a 'pint (500ml)!!!.

One can get a pint of beer in random pub in Estonia for £0,7 - £2. £1,3 or so seems to be most common in larger cities, the countryside pubs are cheaper.

Yes. we have cheap booze and nice women here.

No French replies yet? Here, I pay about 2.40 for a half and about 4.15 for a pint. In costs more in Paris, i just cant remember.

Expensive, but in Germany I was paying 2 euros/pint. Much better.

Depends a lot on what kind of beer you want. In a good bar with a good selection you pay about 45-50 swedish krona (something like 4,5-5 euro, wich I suppose is about 6,50 USD) for a 0,5 l glass (in sweden we call it a "big strong") but in a low-class place you can buy a bottled 0,33 l (not very tasty) beer for about 20-25 swedish krona (2,5 euro.)

On Rio (Brasil), we pay 4 reais (USD1.80) on the best pub!
But you can find a can of beer for 1 real (USD 0.45)...

In Edinburgh, Scotland, the price of beer varies hugely from just under £2 a pint up to £5 a pint in some pubs on George Street where I work. They are quite simply not worth it.

I head to the ice hotel in Sweden on Monday and am thinking the beer there is gonna be well expensive!

Never mind, you only live once!

In Århus(Denmark) where I live the average price for a beer is about £5 where as you can end up paying about £7.5 for a beer in Copenhagen
