pogostick has indicated that this thread is about Canada

I'm searching for hotels in Canadian currency, but can't seem to find any sites that list them. Anyone know of any? Thanks!

Up at the top of this page are 'tools' which has a currency converter, but under 'accommodations' you can choose which currency. Hope that helps!

Theres a website called which lists a bunch of hotels all across Canada. I dont think there are any hostels but its worth a try. I'm assuming that since it's a Canadian website the prices quoted are in Canadian dollars. Hope this helps!

One more thing, if you search "canadian hotels" on a canadian search engine I would imagine you'll have better luck

Nearly every hotel site I know does this.... as well as any other type of currency available. In fact, if you use the search form on, it will automatically default to the currency of the country you are doing the search from based on ip address (note; you have to run the search first).

I did a quick search of "Canadian Hotels" in Google, and the four sites I randomly chose all had their prices in Canadian dollars. One included a currency converter as well. When planning my travels, I've almost always come across a currency converter - whether it's to book flights, accommodation, train tickets, you name it. I'm sure you'll stumble across one!

I just thought of something... This may sound terribly facetious of me, but I worked in a hotel for awhile and was asked every question under the sun, so I'm taking a chance:

Canadian currency is written the same way as US currency. That is, everything is in dollars ($). Look for for something that indicates CA$XX or $XX CAN or, if you're on a Canadian site, I'd just assume the rate is in Canadian currency.
