Never realized that Hines Ward was part South Korean. He had a great season - kinda sucks that he was the best that the Super Bowl had to offer this year.

I guess that would explain why my roommate, who is Korean, has been so happy all week.

Not the greatest game, no. But I ended up watching it at a bar in NYC called Scruffy Duffy's, which was overrun with Pittsburgh fans. So they were very joyous (at least after the 1st half was finished), and it was hard not to be overcome with that same joy.

Greg,

I was just in Scruffy Duffy's last week; wierd. Anyway, I was talking to the bartender and asked him why the place had clearly become a "Steeler's bar". He told me they just started showing up one day. The funny part is that they had jersey's hung on the wall from each team the Steeler's had beaten in the playoffs. Obviously my Broncos were up there, but for the life of me, I could not figure out whose jersey it was by the number. Neither could the staff, so they finally pulled it down, and yes, it was an official Maurice Clarrett jersey. Now I'm a Broncos fan, but that's funny.

Anyway, as an Irish bar, I thought Scruffy Duffy's left a lot to be desired.
