Hey! I'm back with another Spain question! I've already decided that i will see Barcelona over Madrid but I'm thinking of picking another Spanish city to visit. As cheap as this may sound, I'm picking my selections based on the fact that I can get really cheap airfare to them... these are some of my choices:

Some others that I don't know much about are:

Which city (or cities) do you think are the must-sees and why??

Thanks a lot!! =)

Tough choice there!!!!

Granada is a must in Spain, and if you can get a really cheap airfare, just don't waste your time anymore and book it!!!! It depends on the time you have, but Valencia is not that far away from Barcelona (train & bus), so you could consider going there two. It's a great city, by the sea, great food and atmosphere.

Zaragoza is also close to Barcelona, a bit colder (in temperature, I mean mostly), but historically and architectonically very impressive also.

Good luck!!!! :)

i will confuse you further and reccomend you go to Madrid i spent a week and loved every minute of it. It has a wicked nightlife and lots to see but not too much as so you wont be spending your whole time sightseeing eg the grand palace and the reina sofia museum. Its layed back with heaps of parks and the weather is good. Agreed it has no beach but its still good. However i heard the Granada and Valencia and the coast down that way are amazing so prehaps do that and fly out of malaga its cheap

My ship called into the port at Malaga, and it was a fantastic city. Of course I can't tell you about the nightlife, since we set sail at 9pm, but what I did see of the city was beautiful.....(shopping was great ;))

granada, malaga and sevilla are located in the same area, (granada is about 200km far from sevilla, malaga maybe 100 kms far from granada). So I would suggest you to choose a flight to malaga/sevilla and visit the 3 cities!
check the price on a low cost spanish airlines company:
