We're 3 irish girls heading to australia in March via Thailand.. we should be hitting Sydney round April.. does any1 have any suggestions about what to pack?.. don't want wardrobe malfunction! basically is it jst jeans, t-shirts, that kinda thing? As well, are there any places in Oz that are worth spending more time in than others? we're all single so lookin for good nightlife as well as seeing sights! any suggestions welcomed!

Heyyy!!Cant really help with Oz but as for Thailand, I say take next to nothing and get all your clothes there, super cheap vests, t-shirts, cute skirts....just take the basics with you rather than carry loads of stuff!!!!!Head to Khao San road in Bangkok, great way to meet people have have some fun nights out! When in Bangkok visit Patpong Market for shopping bargains!!!In Thailand make sure you head south to the Beaches, the west coast Islands are amazing and theres a really good vibe there!!!And of course the Full Moon Party on Koh Pha Ngan!

Sydney in April.
It's coming into mid autum, so i'd have a jumper/fleece/jacket.
Although Syd is warmer than the Ireland (well just about everywhere is :))is can still be chilly and wet.

Hi Ciara

Pack a mixed bag of clothing for April in Sydney. Weather can vary dramatically at that time of the year over here. Both summer and winter clothing are advisable.

How long will you be spending in Australia? There is a lot to see and do here. Sydney is a great place to start, but then I would suggest traveling North up the coast to Queensland or South down to Melbourne and do the Great Ocean Road.
