Hi guys!

I am travelling to India, Nepal, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam....

I have been advised to take antibiotics, travellers diahorrea medicine, etc etc and i am very confused about which type, what to take etc...

If anyone can help with this i would be extremely grateful.

my freinds mum is a doc and she prescribes me CODEINE PHOSPHATE for when u get the shits (gonna happen!!!) see ur doc about it. and i have antibiotics but seriously they are a LAST RESORT and much easier just to go to the doctors. id take iodene (for washing out cuts, just rub it on with some cotton wool or sumthing) and just a basic medical kit. and also insect repellant maybe, and sunblock.
JUSt go see you GP and theyll give u loads of advice cos they have access to the big medical database thing... good luck!!!
