Hey guys,

Can you help me please?

My travelling plan is to fly into Mumbai, then out of Singapore to Melborne (one way) I am planning on buying a flight from Delhi to Bangkok when in India as works out a lot cheaper.

I am now worried as to whether in order to fly into India you must have a return ticket? Or is the visa enough? also when going to the Indian Embassy in London to obtain a visa do i need proof of my flight?

Thanks for your help guys, hopefully everything will be much clearer!!

Han

Just found out that you need a return ticket when you go to get your visa - how do i get around this? Is proof of a return out of Singapore enough?

Thanks

Hannah

you don't actually need a return ticket - u just need a ticket out of their country. but india is the slackest country in the world - they wont check, they don't care, and if someone say something to u baksheesh makes it go away. there are no real rules or laws in india, just money and a lack of it. u will see. happy travels
