The Wizard Clear Advantage card which is available in Australia doesn't, but your profile says you are from the UK, so I don't know about that.

Nationwide cash cards (don't know about credit ones) don't charge anywhere in the world for withdrawals.

Be careful with cards that say they dont have fees, as they might just charge a higher exchange rate. For example, my bank charges me $3 each time i use a machine outside the country, but they give me the same exchange rate as they get. You have to read the fine print to find out if its worth it

Just to reiterate what Gelli said, Nationwide debit cards dont charge you abroad. I was a bit unsure about 'other charges' they might impose, but I used it Thailand and didnt have any nasty charges at all when I got home. It's worth checking out ;)

I was thinking the same thing! An edit function wouldn't go a miss

Yup, just got mine in the mail a few days ago. I checked the fine print and there doesn't seem to be any extra fees or added costs to the exchange rate.

This info is more for Aussies out there though

But alas....only Admin and Moderators have the handy dandy edit feature...:(
