Well Mastercard charges a 3% currency conversion fee and Amex charges 2%. A number of US banks have ATM cards that don't charge a fee, just the rate of conversion, but I can't find a credit card that doesn't at least build in a conversion fee.

Most just hide it in the exchange rate.

So that means you pay 3% conversion fee + ~3% cash fee??.....

Think I'll leave my credit card for emergencies only (Hopefully wont have to use it!)
