Everyone that I've met on my travals across SE Asia has said that the The Inn Crowd situated in Little India is a great place to stay. They have a website and I'm planning to stay there in a few weeks.

Hope this helps?

Paul

there are few budget hotel near by Bugis MRT station, it is convinience, only few minutes walk from MRT station. i am not sure the name and information about the hotel but i do see some and last time my friend do stay there, they say it is quite good although it is cheap. should be below S$50, because S$50 to 100 you can get a good hotel already, of course not high star one. you can try to search online, key in Bugis hostel or Bugis budget hotel.

Hi, I have also heard about the inn crowd, we are staying there when we get to Singapore later in the month. It looks like a great place to stay and meet people.

Hello. I just recently stayed in Singapore for just over a week in a hostel called 'The Hive' also near little india, was S$18 a night for a mixed dorm. Really nice place to stay with free internet and Laundry etc. Is a 5 minuite trin ride from the main shopping street (Orchard road). I'm sure 'The Inn Crowd' is lovely too but i thoroughly recommend this place. Happy travels
