Hi,
Has anyone stayed in any accomodation inside the fairy caves? I've seen a picture of a place somewhere but don't know what it is called.
Any good recommendations at all for around 10euros a night?

Thanks!

10 euros for a fairy cave! I wouldn't bet on it!

check out this site, a long list of hotels in Kapadokya area is given.

If I were you I would spend some more to stay in one of those amazing cave hotels...

Hey,

Pretty much all of the hostels are in Caves it is just a surreal place, you wont really understand until you get there, we stayed in the Travellers Cave hostel which was cool - about 10 euros a night for a double room - think the dorm was 8euros.
A lot of people stayed in the SOS hostel.

Make sure you go to the Backpackers Cave hostel run by the most loveliest man ever! we went there for a Menimen (turkish omlete) every morning - think his is the best ive ever tasted!!

Also when in Turkey - make sure you drink the Chai (with sugar)

If you can afford it - do a hot air baloon ride - they leave at 6am and float up above the amazing landscape - just stunning!!

Also make sure you go for walks in the surrounding valleys - and see the old churches etc....

We rented a moped and explored the surrounding villages and the desert! wow!!!

I could go on for hours Cappodocia is an amazing place!!

Thanks for that Hannahwa, just what I was after.
I was only going to allow enough time for one night but after that recommendation I think I'll spend more time there.

Thanks a lot!
