Sorry this took so long. Don't worry about my last post. It was sorted out already.

On the other hand, I do have a question. I actually finally did book my hotel here using the Traveller's system. Wonderfully simple and easy enough. Unfortunately, due to my haste and several windows open, I accidently booked at another location instead of the one I wanted to originally. I send an email right away once I saw the name on the confirmation within 2 minutes of booking it. I already booked at the original place as well but do I get penalized for incorrect booking?

Understandably, if I was cancelling 24 hours before my actual reservation, I understand the loss of charges, however, in my case, it was a simple error and sent the hotel an email right away that this was the wrong booking.

What can I do about getting any charges back?

Send me an email through the contact link at the bottom of the page (select 'existing accommodation booking' from the drop down list of topics) and I'll have you sorted out. Should be no problems at all, you're not the first :)
