Yes I got free internet with Ozintro whilst I was in Sydney

And with flights they helped me to book my flights, I booked with their person at STA travel who they put me in contact with and I got a good deal with them, but a few people on the group booked flights through other companies and just arrived on the same day as the rest of the group...I think its quite flexible.

Do you have to pay any extra for booking flights through them Sarah?

Hey Katie, You don't pay any extra booking flights through them, the bloke at STA looked for the best deal they had to offer that suited me, and he told me of the different deals that they had on at different times for when I wanted to go, so that I could book when the prices were best etc.

:)Hi there!

I am off to OZ with Oz Intro on the 15th July '06 and I start my week with them on the 17th July. I have found them to be REALLY helpful and the website is excellent. I went on holiday to Oz in November '04 and have got the 'bug' to go back! Thought I would go with Oz Intro to meet new people and thought it would add to the experience! Just got my Visa through so I'm well chuffed!!! STA were helpful with flights but I found a cheaper one in the end with another company so booked that! Is anyone else starting with Oz Intro on that date?

I am seriously thinking of booking up to go with oz intro.

Just wondering if anyone on here has actually been with them and what their thoughts were ?

All I can say is that I have spoken to Lucy from Oz Intro on the telephone and she has been very helpful, also by e-mail.

They seem very efficient and the package is just as good as any others I have seen.

Hey all - Im hoping to go Sydney beginning of July and having looked around loads I really thought OzIntro looked fab for people like me on their first trip travelling alone and really need to meet people! It is quite a bit of dosh but I just want the peace of mind when I get off the plane that I'll be looked after for a week and do loads of fun stuff with no hassle! Plus the internet and phone stuff and banking being sorted out is great as Im Miss Dis-organised generally and need a bit of a helping hand! Anyone who is booking flights for that July start week let me know!!

Hi Stacey

I'm booked to start with Oz Intro on the 17th July '06 and fly out from Manchester on the 15th!! I totally agree with you about having someone to meet you from the airport etc. and knowing you are going to be with people. It's worth paying that bit extra for piece of mind!

It's worth giving Oz Intro a call if you need any info. I spoke to Lucy about my Visa etc. and they're really helpful!

I really can't wait to go now!!!

I looked at other companies before I went with OzIntro and they seemed to charge alot more money for alot less stuff......all of the trips that they do is what you really should see when you're in Sydney anyway, and I don't think it would cost you much if anymore to do it all yourself when you're out there anyway....and its just so much more fun with people that you get to know!

Hi, I'm heading to Sydney January 2007 on my own and I'm seriously thinking of join Oz Intro. I think it'll save loads of hassle filling in forms, having to organise tax numbers etc. Travelling's meant to be about taking it easy and having fun. I know that your gonna meet loads of other backpackers anyways but it doesn't stop you worrying, especially when your going solo.
