Hi All,

2 weeks ago we went back to Belgium after a 14 month stay in the Philippines. We collected rather a lot of personal stuff in that time and now we have still 56 kg of left luggage in the Philippines and we are looking for a cheap way to bring these packages to Belgium.

Does anyone have experience with sending "left luggage" from Manila.

Can anyone suggest some companies who can handle this for us?

Air or ship transport doesn't matter, but we don't want to pay an arm and a leg to get our things back home.

Hoping anyone can help.

Cheers

Selena, Imelda and Alain

Hi Selena, Imelda and Alain,

How about sending it as a parcel via postal service back to Belgium?

Check out the Philippines Postal Service website for more info. (the website is currently down when I type this message)

Cheers,
Hien

hello,

If you intend to use postal services via ship transport, i was informed that it might take months before you received the package. I have no experience about the quality of this service though.

In our office, we avail of TNT. I've check about the rates, and the total amount for 56 kgs is USD 509.92. (www.tnt.com)there might be additional costs depending on the dimension of the boxes and contents.

I hope you enjoyed your stay in the Philippines.
