Travel Forums System Talk Thumbnail Photos

Hi all you learn-ed system folk,

I might be asking a 'numpty' question here, but is it possible to format thumbnail photos on my blog so that they appear side-by-side
rather than one beneath the other in a single column?

Obviously, you could probably only fit two or three thumbs across the width of a blog page, but if I want to put lots of thumbs on a single page it looks rather odd at the moment!

I hope this makes sense - thanks in advance for your help.

Best regards,

Andy Moore

Hmm, good question. Peter's away a few days but should be able to at least give you a definitive answer on this when he gets back. I'm not really sure of an easy way but there might be a somewhat complicated way to do this

Yep, it's possible. When inserting the photo, tick the option 'use thumbnail'. Ensure there is no line break between the two photos (ie, don't hit enter) and they should line up side by side. I think all of our current designs will only ever fit two side by side.

Hi Peter,

thanks for the reply - I'll give this a shot. I want to put several thumbs in a particular blog entry and then direct folk to my gallery if they want to see more.

I knew you clever chaps wouldn't let me down...

Kind regards,
