All right folks, where are the best parties? What are the "musts" of the summer, what needs to be experimented for a lumber jack from Canada like me?

oh, I forgot, which country is the most partying... where people are always partying?

Dont be shy, tell everything you know or you suggest
thanks

Hey, I assisted to a party last year in Spain. It's known as "Rapa das Bestas" in Sabucedo just google those words for more info.
It is a wild party with wild horses. no hotel at all just camping!!
It is always the first weekend of July!! I made tons of pictures.

Here's one I have always wanted to attend; La Tomatina in Bunol, 30 miles from Valencia, Spain. The last Wednesday in August from 11AM to 1PM it's a free for all as 20,000 locals and tourists throw thousands of kilos of squished overripe tomatoes at each other. It's all in fun and has been going on for decades. There is a week long fiesta in Bunol and the tomato war is just one of many events. Viva Bunol!

One of the biggest festivals in Sout-Eastern Europe, EXIT FEST in Novi Sad, Serbia & Montenegro. 6-9 July, 2006 See ya there! ;)

Exit Festival in Serbia & Montenegro

Sarah Turner
Sunday February 5, 2006
The Observer

"With Glastonbury off the map in 2006, Serbia's Exit Festival is set to fill the gap. Some of Exit's elements - face paint as formal wear, for instance - are in keeping with the grand tradition of music festivals, but Exit, founded in 2000 as a student protest against President Milosevic, has a stronger rationale than most when it comes to the partying-with-a-conscience element.
Last year, when Fatboy Slim headlined, with back-up from the White Stripes and Carl Cox, 150,000 revellers took in everything from extreme sports to extremely avant garde cinema. Beer is cheap (as are tickets), the backdrop - the medieval fortress of Novi Sad - is unique and the climate cheerfully Mediterranean.

As Annie Mac of Radio 1 put it: 'The setting is spectacular, the line-up massive and the people completely inspiring. It's a truly special festival."

SPAIN- RUNNING WITH THE BULLS "SAN FERMIN FESTIVAL"
is a party that goes for a few weeks. The spainish party harder than anyone i know. This is a must and a crazy adrenline rush if you run it too. But the partying goes all night and into the day- every day for a few weeks. A MUST

IBIZA- i havent been yet, going this summer!! should be a blast. The best party scene in the world!!

GERMANY- OKTOBERFEST- had friends who did this. They talk it up it was allot of fun.

All in all... DO THE BULLS!! in pampalona!! garanteed one the best times you will have. Everyone is smiling and having a great time!!

Do it!!

If it's clubbing you want then ayia nappa in cyprus or ibiza (island off spain). Both have presence of europe's 'superclubs', however they are expensive - 20-30 euro admission, but they do party through to lunch the next day!
Both are crammed with drunk, sunburnt 18-30's throughout the summer. There is a drug scene in both, but more prevalent in Ibiza.
Accomodation is cheap and plentiful on arrival, or it may make sense to book a last minute packkage deal for around £120 including flights and 1 week accommodation.
