Me too, I ordered october 2008 two tickets for AC/DC in zurich... for EUR 295 per ticket! Until now, I didn't received anything and the CC is charged since october 2008... No answer on e-mail, no response at the tel.....
That makes me very angry!
@ metze.b: I think it's possible to get our money back if they don't sent the tickets.... I think we have to inform our credit card company and look with them...
But I still hope for us, that we received the tickets....
Me and my friends ordered and payed for 12 tickets - so we're really looking forward to receive the tickets or at least the money! We also payed via Visa CC - we spoke to them and they told us that they probably have a possibility to give us the money back!
I'll let you know what happens...
Me and my friend are also looking for receive the tickets... But I have the impression that's only a dream... Because it seems very strange to me that we've no possibility to have any answer from them (E-Mail, Telephone....). For me, that's not very serious.
Anyway, I think we have a lot of chance that the CC give us the money back.
Thank you for let me know what happens....
2 days ago we all received the same e-mail - unfortunatley they had a problem with a supplier and they can't deliver ACDC-tickets for Munich - tonight!
they offered us to visit another concert in Germany or France later on this tour or we would receive our money back!
I'm waiting now for the money back on my CC - they I'll let you know!
I took a look around. ticketbande.de still sells tickets for the Depeche Mode concerts in Leipzig in June, despite the fact that all tickets have been completely sold out for months. Seems fishy to me.
yes, I spoke with ticketbande.de, they told me that they're using the same CC-system as globalticketservice.com - though they would not know GTS -> very strange...
Nevertheless I think ticketbande.de is another company - I'll for sure try to buy tickets in the future with more famous and big companies!
Normally I would be at ACDC in Munich tonight - ACDC will start in about 30 min...
But now I'm ill at home - so maybe it wasn't so bad that I didn't received the tickets...
do you received any storno from GTS?
My friend and me haven't any news from globalticketservice about our tickets. So I think we won't received them. The concert is sunday and we have decided to go without tickets before the stadion. Perhaps, we have a chance to find tickets there.
I find this very unprofessional, to inform the people at the last moment that the tickets will not be sent! Normally, our CC give us the money back but although we have no tickets. And that is very nasty face to the fans!
So thank you for let me know if you have received the money back!
you're right - very bad service. That's the mail they sent me:

I wanted the money back and since yesterday I can see on my online-account of the CC the money of ticketbande.de - I wrote them additionally to who I can debit my costs for already booked transfer and accomodation in Munich - they didn't answered me concerning that additional costs...
At least I would try to put some "bad" but true information on the www to warn other people if sb is searching for GTS.com on google or somewhere else! I will also write on my blog about them - I only wanted to wait until my money is refunded...
How about you know?
My friend received a message from GTS last friday. Apparently, they have our tickets. They write, that we are obligate to take the tickets bevor the stadion. And they need the contact details (phone number) from the person who will collect the tickets.
Strangely, we haven't received any telephone sunday. Now, the concert is reported for the 04/06/09. We are now looking forward to receive the tickets with courier. If we don't receive the tickets, GTS have to transfer the money back.
But I have good news: My friend and me have found two tickets for de concert in paris for the 06/12/09!!! So If GTS don't send the tickets, we have another chance to see AC/DC!!!!
I don't think that GTS get the money back for the other costs.... I think this money is loosed. But I think it's a very good idea to write about them on the internet! Because fraud must be stopped!
