In Wisconsin (where they produce 40% of the cheese made in the US), deep-fried cheese curds are famous. Dip the curds in a beer batter and fry until golden brown. Yum!

weirdest and most disguisting ever...pig's brain..think it was boiled! Ouch...

Had no idea that was pig's brain till someone explained it to me in English...

Halloumi cheese is awesome. It's salty and has a strange texture; sort of soft but brittle. I put some on the BBQ last Sunday night.

You are right it´s boiled in water and vinegar. You have to add vinegar (wine vinegar) when you eat. However I won´t advise to eat anymore due to the mad cow. Nowdays most of the restaurant took it off the menu.

Fermented tofu and chili paste - a condiment with Chinese dishes in Malaysia! Quite vile, but they say its an acquired taste!

I LOVE GOOD FOOD. BUT DON'T EAT THE TOFU THATS LIKE FLESH (YES LIKE FLESH -HUMAN ) THE THOUGHT OF IT IS SICK
