Hey,
Have just woken up from a very drunken night. I know we all say and do things we regret with a few gargles but I seem to completly lose the plot lately with drink! last night I proceeded to tell the whole room exactly what I thought of them and justified it by stating that at least I had a back bone. I tend to be honest anyway and I think the alcahol just really speeds this up. Trouble is now it's ending up costing me more then money and some people only see this side to me. Guess I am looking for similar stories, so guys anyone have the same tendencies?

Fraid I can't say that I do that! But when I've had quite a few drinks I do tend to get into a lot of political debates and decide to put the world right (or what I consider being right at the time! )

My sis was a bit like that.
Found out many years later that she was actually alergic to alcohol.
If you think you've had too much stop for six months or so, change your lifestyle. Time for AA? only you can answer that one.
I hope you find the answers your looking for. :)

I wasn't actually considering AA for real, before everyone thinks I'm a raging alcoholic!! looking for some stories to identify with!
I think those with "colourful" reactions to drink need to keep track of themselves however!!

I remember sitting in the crew bar and watching as a very good (gay) friend of mine "outed" all the others in the bar. Oops.

You know it's funny I just stumbled on this post and almost the exact thing happened to me yesterday but just in reverse - I had a few too many and was nice (just friendly) to somebody who had done me wrong Sound silluy maybe? but I felt really pathetic afterwards.
I have spent the whole day beating myself up about it and I have decided 'no more'. NO more beating myself up, that is, not no more alcohol.
