My friend and I (the girl i'm going travelling with) found this website - so helpful and so cool. So we decided to combine our names. Her name is Breeanna (Bree for short) and mine is Victoria (Vic for short). So yeah...

So are you like two people?

Great Post...!!

Well... my username

Well "yo-yo" it's short for something... One of my friends said it on on a crazy drunken night out (sure you've all had them) and it kinda just stuck! I know i know... it's shamfully unladilike and get some really strange comments but, hey, you have to be able to laugh at yourself right... And the fact it's totally not true makes it sooooooo funny! (well to us it is anyway)

I see an opporotunity there....don't you ???????

No no Q_Zhang - i'm hooked on TP, but I don't think she goes on it much. So really its just me - Victoria.

It's Tagalog/Filipino for a cutesy, flirtatious (innocent flirtatious, not skanky flirtatious) girl. Someone who'd typify that image is Alicia Silverstone's character in the movie, Clueless. I'm not THAT bad, but liked the way the word rhymes with my surname, hence, "kikay".

My user name makes no sense unless you are familiar with the intricacies of Feng Shui and understand the mysteries of the Kabbalah. Hold on, that is the line of BS I try on the ladies when out on the town. My name is Mike and I live in Las Vegas. I graduated HS in '67' but ran into the 10 letter limit TP imposes, hence 'VegasMike6'

I did receive a blizzard of PMs commenting on my user name.

A Romanian judge said I showed a shocking lack of originality; deduction 5 points.
A judge from Belarus comments: "You lack style and flair, minus points."
An anonymous guy from Poland said I 'bored him'. votes no.
Svetoslav from Bulgaria comments. "You gave a boring routine, it lacked style, flair, originality and oh yes, you did not stick the landing." (Boy, those East Europe judges are sticklers for perfection)

Kjetil from Norway chimed in; "I would like to vote for you, but you are playing golf in Las Vegas and I am shoveling reindeer s**t in Svalbard, so you get a NO! (Fair enough Kjetil)
Paavo from Finland stated; "I generally like America, but you are living in the "Entertainment Capital of the World" and I am freezing my a** off in Seinajoki, so I cannot vote for you." (I understand Paavo)
Bjorn from Sweden says; "I have seen movies filmed in Las Vegas, fantastic hotels, plush casinos, clubs filled with beautiful women; and here I am stuck in a freezing shack, ice fishing on Lake Vattern, so you get a negative vote from me." (Life really isn't fair, is it Bjorn?)

Phillipe from France sent a rambling, barely descipherable screed that basically said; "I am from France, you are an American, 'NON'. (Well, I hardly expected a positive review from the French)
Michael from Canada wrote; "I really wanted to support another Mike, a fellow North American, but you are playing golf in shorts while I am slopping the hogs in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, so I cannot give you a positive vote." That's alright Mike, I sympathize)
Kelli from Iowa wrote a very friendly letter, but ended; "I am presently shucking corn in Keokuk while you laze away your days in Las Vegas, and besides my cousin lost a bundle at baccarat at Mandalay Bay, so I reluctanly cannot support your user name at this timeframe." (Perhaps another time Kelli?)

There you have it. 10 negative votes from all over the world, all agreeing: my user name is a loser. Well, I will soldier, on dispite the criticism. I take inspiration from a modern day prophet; Rodney King. As he so famously stated; "Can't, can't we all just get along?"

Wow! So many negative PMs about a user name!!! I'm stuck in Illinois with the temperatures dropping and snow trying to decide when it wants to fall. But, I'm glad someone is getting to play golf even if it's not me. Little did I know that that the voting polls on usernames were open or I would have given you a positive mark. It all comes down to jealousy - cold vs. hot, golf vs. sh*t shoveling, winners vs. losers... I'm glad I picked Isadora! No one comments on a name like that.

Thanks Isadora, that takes some of the sting from those negative reviews. I can understand those sun-starved Scandinavian feeling a bit peevish. I hope they can save up some kroners and take their holiday in a warmer clime. Those Eastern Europe judges have been miffed ever since, well... they have always been a bit cranky. I never dreamt their wrath would spill over to my user name. We all have burdens to bear; this appears to be mine. I will just get back on the golf course and try to sympathize with those less fortunate.

I like the name Isadora; solid, trustworthy, reliable. I would buy a used car from an Isadora.
