Im trying to plan a years trip around the world.

im leaving; London - Hong Kong - Bangkok - Oz - NewZeland - Los Angeles - New York - London.

I will spend 6-8 months working in Oz.

I have worked out that £7000 is enough to cover Travel, food, insurance, visas... everything.

Is this too much, is this too little?

Has any1 done a similar trip and if so how much did u take?

Apart from Bangkok, all the places are quite expensive... I'd suggest around 90 US$ day (excluding the working season in Oz, of course).

Well me and my friend booked our trip london - bangkok - singapoar - cairns - sydney - aulkland - fiji - la - home for £1300 with thomas cook. We have a working holiday visa too for oz but we are only taking £2000 each for the year We will manage, i hope
