I'm a newbie in this forum. I'd like to inform you that Indonesia especially North Sulawesi with its world class diving Bunaken and Lembeh Strait Muck Diving as well as the volcanoes area in Tomohon, Minahasa is just worth a visit.
Here are some reference websites:
Please feel free to contact me for more information.
[ Edit: sorry, no promos in the forum please. ]
I am Made Suwena, a PADI Instructor based in Bali. I have been Bunaken two years ago, but not enough time to visit lembeh. Next year I plan to visit Menado again for posiblelity work there. One friend work a resort at ganga island.
I hope we can meet there.
North Sulawesi offers unparalleled marine biodiversity, with a wide range of dive experience options.
But for divers interested in searching out encounters with bizarre and beautiful critters, Lembeh Strait, located near the port town of Bitung, hosts the best muck diving on the planet.
And besides the sand, divers can take the plunge on pinnacles, walls and slopes of extravagant hard and soft coral gardens as well as a number of wrecks, some dating from WWII.
Diversity is the operative word here.

For Minahasa - North Sulawesi, Indonesia
I'll go for Lembeh Strait!
I was there in the beginning of April and it was really fun.
Such an experience of a lifetime! And I still want it more.
The underwater was totally amazing, Best Muck Diving on Earth!
You'll never know what you'll see underwater.
I got chance for 5 days stayed in comfy Bakri Cono Resort in beautiful tropical Lembeh Island with wonderful natural atmosphere, fantastic! but the time to spend for me was too short
I highly recommended this place for all of u who is crazy for diving.
Me myself will definitely go to this place again on my next vacation and it's gonna be soon....
